What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags if applicable. To start a return, email us at info@companionsco.com.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the cost.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@companionsco.com.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and we'll let you know.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@companionsco.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll get it resolved.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We don't ship internationally, and we're unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do ship to PO Boxes, though delivery times may vary.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, with delivery in 6 to 10 business days total from the time your order is placed.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we're often unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to make a change, contact us right away at info@companionsco.com and we'll do what we can.
